The Way I Do Business

My Approach

When working with clients, I follow a procedure which has proven effective in helping people develop a sound financial management program. These steps include:

• Needs Assessment / Goal Setting.
  In a private one-on-one meeting, we discuss your current investment needs and goals for the future. If you are not sure what your needs are, don't worry. We know the right questions to ask to help formulate a plan that will work for you.

• Financial Review / Action Plan.
  A written financial plan will be provided for you, prioritizing your goals and a step-by-step course of action to achieve them.
  
  
• Education.
  At the same time your recommendations will be presented, it will be explained why these investments, were chosen and how they fit your overall plan. You will be explained everything that you will need to know about the various investments and their alternatives.

• Education continued...
  
  Risks and potential problems will be explained so clients know exactly what to expect from their portfolio.
  
  
• Implementation.
  
  All details will be handled with regards to the implementation of your program, including setting up your account, verifying confirmation statements, and helping you understand statements and other documents you will receive in the mail.
  
  
• Ongoing Monitoring / Communications.
  
  Your account will be overseen on a continuous basis and you will be alerted to any changes that may be necessary as a result of movements in the markets or revisions in your investment goals. I will also take care of the administrative functions required to maintain your account and keep you advised as to the status of your portfolio.
